Mr. JACQUES TIZABI, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tizabi is a frequent public speaker and an advisor/board member to numerous private and public companies in sectors ranging from medical device and information technologies to diversified entertainment and international business development. Mr. Tizabi has participated in several political campaigns on the local, state and federal levels. He holds a B.S. from New York University 's Stern School of Business and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Mr. AMIR ETTEHADIEH, Research & Development

As the scientific liaison between UDTT and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Mr. Ettehadieh plays an instrumental role in the development of the Company's bio-detection device. Prior to joining UDTT, he was an environmental scientist at EMG, an environmental consulting firm based in Baltimore . Mr. Ettehadieh conducted site inspections on over 150 hazardous material sites, assessing potential health impacts of pollutants in the air, water and soil. He holds a B.A in Biology.

Mr. NIMA MONTAZERI, Finance and Strategic Development

An expert in corporate strategy formation and implementation, Mr. Montazeri leads the Company's strategic developments. He is instrumental in formulation and execution of long and short term strategic decisions, alliances, and visions. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, global expansion, and management consulting. Mr. Montazeri has been involved in several corporate structure and strategy planning and implementation projects. He holds a B.A. in Economics with honors from the University of British Columbia and a Masters degree in Finance and Accounting from the London School of Economics.

Mr. ALI MOUSSAVI, Global Strategy

With a wealth of experience and knowledge in global expansion, Mr. Moussavi directs UDTT's international collaborations and oversees the Company's efforts to take advantage of opportunities in markets around the world. Mr. Moussavi has previously held various positions as corporate advisor to numerous companies and has structured several financial and business reorganization plans. He has assisted several US companies with expanding their consumer and/or investment base to the European and Asian continents and possesses years of experience in dealing with European organizations. Mr. Moussavi has conducted extensive research on the status and advancement of the financial market in Hong Kong, while examining the possibility of implementing private equity investments in the region. He holds a B.A. from New York University in Mathematics.

Dr. LOUIS J. IGNARRO, Chairman of Scientific Advisory Board

Dr. Ignarro has made exceptional contributions to the advancement of science, including winning the Nobel † Prize for Physiology or Medicine in 1998 for his research on nitric oxide. His work has led and inspired scientists around the world.

A Distinguished Professor of Pharmacology, UCLA School of Medicine, Dr. Ignarro served as Professor of Pharmacology at Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans . Before teaching, he served as a scientist at CIBA-GEIGY. Dr. Ignarro has published many articles and received the Basic Research Prize of the American Heart Association for outstanding contributions to the advancement of cardiovascular science. He was inducted into the National Academy of Sciences the same year, and into the American Academy of Arts and Sciences the next year.

Dr. Ignarro holds a B.S. in Pharmacology, Columbia University , 1962, and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology, University of Minnesota , 1966. He received his Postdoctoral Fellowship from the National Institutes of Health, 1968.

LEONARD MAKOWKA, M.D., Ph.D., FRCS(C), FACS, Member of Scientific Advisory Board

Dr. Makowka is recognized as one of the world's leading authorities in hepatic science (study relating to the liver). In addition to his clinical accomplishments, he has successfully served in numerous executive positions. From 1995 to 1997, Dr. Makowka was the founder and Executive Director of the Comprehensive Liver Disease and Treatment Center at St. Vincent Medical Center in Los Angeles , California . Between 1989 and 1995, Dr. Makowka was the Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Director of Transplantation Services at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles , California . He was also Professor of Surgery at the UCLA School of Medicine. Beginning in 1985 until relocating to Los Angeles in 1989, Dr. Makowka trained under Dr. Thomas Starzl, the pioneer of liver transplantation, and was appointed Associated Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh . Dr. Makowka received his MD degree from the University of Toronto Medical School in 1977, and Master of Science and Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Toronto 's Department of Pathology in 1979 and 1982. He has published over 400 articles and chapters in both clinical and basic scientific research and has lectured worldwide. As one of the world's leading authorities in his field, Dr. Makowka has performed hundreds of hepatobiliary and liver transplant procedures.

Dr. ADRIAN PONCE, NASA JPL

Dr. Ponce, California Institute of Technology's (CALTECH) visiting associate in Chemistry and Senior Technical Staff Member at JPL, currently resides as Chairman of the JPL Chemical Safety Committee and is an active member of the JPL Science Advisory Council. He received a Ph.D. in Chemistry from California Institute of Technology in 1999 and a B.S. in Chemistry from Michigan State University in 1993. His Research interests include Molecular and Mesoscale Self-Assembly, Electron Transfer, Laser Spectroscopy, Chemical and Biological Sensors.
