The chilling reality of biological weapons is that they can be expelled in any public area and at any given time. Furthermore, bioweapons are relatively inexpensive to manufacture and easy to transport, making their deadly effects even more devastating in the event of an attack.

It is likely that deployment of biological weapons could be timed to disperse in a geographic location to coincide with a local, domestic or international event that could do harm to a greater number of people or could serve as a worldwide stage for generating awareness, such as the Olympics, G-8 or G-20 global summits, etc.
